Peut être de ce coté la :
les "step/mm" sont les mêmes sur les axes X et Y donc pourquoi l'accélération n'est pas la même ?

j'ai tenté quelques essais, au final j'ai opté pour plusieurs passes avec l'outil "3D Pocket".
C'est un peu bricolage mais ca pourrais le faire.
par contre quand je fait une simulation ca semble passer.
