2D drafting snap points

In the 2D drafting module you can hold CTRL to snap things like the ends of lines you are drawing to various points along the edges/centers of other shapes. The engine does appear to be calculating the intersection between a circle and a rectangle as valid snap points (unless it was just snapping to the circle and happened to be close on the square, I can't tell for sure). However, it does not seem to calculate the intersection between two circles as a valid snap point.
