Post fail version 0.16

Hi,
I am using FreeCAD version 0.16. I want to generate G-code but Freecad does not offer me any post option. I downloaded post file but I dont know where I copy this file. Is G-code generated by version 0.16 or must I update my Freecad 0.17?
