Half sphere cavity

Hello guys,

I have some trouble about getting gcode of half sphere cavity. If I try path pocket, it gives me a cylinder. If I try path profile, it gives like the attachment. Any advise ?

3D surfacing is still very crude. Pocketing can't handle shaped faces. You could install opencamlib on your system and try a surface operation. Surface works on whole solids and not faces so it probably won't give you what you're looking for but will get a lot closer. The opencamlib alogorithms can do this and it is implemented in HeeksCNC so I know it's possible but we're not there yet.
