Circle Error in Path on Cooling Plate

I noticed a circle error when I ran the PATH tool on my Cooling plate pocket profile.
Looks like only one of the circles cuts are correct.

Is this right? Am I doing something wrong, or is this a PATH problem.

Hard to say. You didn't post your FreeCAD info from the about page but it looks like you're running an old version of Path. (Project disappeared quite a while ago and was replaced with 'Job')

There's currently a bug in the 0.17 version that's causing some bogus path calculations though.

It looks like an old problem in the 0.16 version (the tree is not 0.17), which was fixed some time ago.

Ok I will upgrade to 0.17, is there an ubuntu upgrade? Or do I have to install from source?

You can install it by PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:freecad-maintainers/freecad-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install freecad-daily

This lets you have both versions side-by-side.

You call the 0.17 version with freecad-daily as opposed to freecad for the 0.16.
