I found the moment when the program makes a mistake when constructing the destination path. When you try to create the path of the line, set of lines, the program incorrectly adds some sections several times. Here in this example I've added highlighting in the drawing, only edge34. If you remove erroneously added and to close, it only gets worse - instead of removing the program adds them again.
