Re: FCGear
I have reported about the gear workbench only in this forum. so I don't think it is mentioned in any wiki.

I was just wondering if this is in your opinion suitable for master and if so do you want to offer it for master?
Re: FCGear
I think the quality of the code isn't good enough for master. But maybe it could be rewritten as a small button-set for the "part-workbench" ?I was just wondering if this is in your opinion suitable for master and if so do you want to offer it for master?
Re: FCGear
What about creating some sort of "staging area" to promote work on a useful code that is not yet ready to be in the master branch? More info about "staging area" here: http://www.kroah.com/log/linux/linux-st ... pdate.html

Hi Looo,
if you give me permission, I add a link to the wiki, where there are other "Additional modules and related projects".
Also, it would be useful a presentation page.

Well done renato.
Just some remarks (maybe looo can answer).

I made a remark to check these points on my windows machine and improve the macro-page.
Thanks looo and renato.

for now I have not tried it on linux, tested on this installation
OS: Windows 8.1
Word size of OS: 64-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.15.4671 (Git)
Branch: releases/FreeCAD-0-15
Hash: 244b3aef360841646cbfe80a1b225c8b39c8380c
Python version: 2.7.8
Qt version: 4.8.6
Coin version: 4.0.0a
OCC version: 6.8.0.oce-0.17
everything works fine, it does not require extra libraries, previous versions of FreeCAD seem outdated,
about installation, since someone has copied the entire folder FCgear into /freecad/Mod, I specified that you must copy only the folder "gear" into /freecad/Mod. See http://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/index.php?title=FCGear
