Of course, the real question being, where is the code? And who returns it to the Wiki page or completes the move to GitHub?

The code is in the Wiki on the Jan 2 2015 edit, it disappears after that, presumably the code is functional, although I have not checked that.

That macro was online for quite some time.
It was written by Ulrich Brammer (ulrich1a).

When User "shaise" turned up with his sheet metal workbench there quickly came up th proposal to
merge the unfold-macro into the sheet metal workbench.

After Ulrich agreed that macro was merged see here (13 Jun 2015).

Thinking about that i would say that the page could be deleted.

Thanks for the info Roland, I guess leave the page as is for a few days and then if nobody complains remove it as it's a bit of a dud right now. I'm happy to do the Wiki editing and update the Macro Recipes page accordingly.
