I can't seem to figure out the difference between Std_CameraPosition and Std_ViewIvIssueCamPos

Also, what is the background of the pages
Std_ViewExamples
Std_ViewXX

Maybe someone knows more ?

I had a hard time to find in the FreeCAD-manual an explantion of the view icons, which are visible in most (all?) workbenches.
I found than this page via google: http://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/index.ph ... _View_Menu

To me it seems there where several attempts to just create a set of wiki-pages that would describe the needed topics, but nobody put the content in.
Some of the pages could also be an attempt to explain, how to manipulate the view with python.

It looks like the documentation can be improved.
I think the page about navigation with the mouse should also explain the view options and the corresponding buttons.

Just different authors.

I would think that std_ViewXX was created to have the content what is now in Std_View_Menu.
The examples are meant to show the effect.

Std_CameraPosition can be considered as unused

do you want use Std_ViewXX or other instead of Std_View_Menu?

I would prefer to use Std_View_Menu and delete the other dead pages.
