Alright, this should be fixed.
The root cause is that there is a file called "FAQ" in the default Mediawiki installation. The short URL redirects of the form freecadweb.org/wiki/Page_title only occur when there isn't a file with the name of Page_title. Ultimately this is because the path for the site is /wiki but that is also the name of the folder on the web host, which is not recommended. After I finish upgrading the bug tracker, the wiki installation is due for an upgrade and I can take care of the underlying issue here at the same time.
