I like generalFuse
Good evening:
The generalFuse algorithm is wonderful. I've done several implementations with this tool and all tasks are cheaper.
For instance, a roofSketch of low cost with a big potential:
Thank @DeepSOIC

Re: I like generalFuse
1º) clean code (it actually is spaghetti code)
2º) curved eaves
3º) overhang and cutting with construction lines
4º) a lot of things ...

If you ever manage to do that, I'd like if you make a Part tool that does the thing similar to Arch Roof.damian wrote:2º) curved eaves
Some while ago I tried using Arch Roof for Part purposes. It didn't seem to work until I made a sketch of Arch-ish dimensions (meters).

A macro is suitable for my level. And this macro adapted to the Part flavour or style. It has improvement margin.DeepSOIC wrote:if you make a Part tool
Re: I like generalFuse
how does this tool work? Haven't had enoug success with the roof tool

Good morning @regis.regis wrote:Haven't had enoug success with the roof tool
In my opinion the arch roof tool is excellent. I've had success with it several times, but it's a little hard to manage due to the parameters (slope, run, height).
Perhaps you could post your file and I can try to obtain this roof with the arch tool.
Talking about the macro that I'm coding, adapted to the Part style, I'll publish it in the Users Showcase forum in a few months. This tool will be simpler, the user only controls the slopes, but no warranty of obtain better results. Simply they will be different.
One advance ... Thank you for your interest
