I am testing my workflow to build model with Arch Wall, Arch Structure, Arch Add etc. and note there is some 'inconsistency' in ArchAdd behaviour?
I create some ArchWall randomly, it seem subsequent wall cross / intersect the 1st one it is/are automatically added to the original ArchWall group which is fine.
Then, I try to create a projection (say a window head or cill), by adding a sketch over a wall's face and turning it into ArchStructure. ArchAdding this ArchStructure to that Wall fails (I thought in my previous post for help i had successfully create a few of my facades with similar workflow - not verified yet). It is 'shown added' to the ArchWall group, but simply not shown as integrated part.
However, if I create another Archwall, ArchAdding this ArchStructure (the window head or cill) to the new ArchWall, even they are physically separated, could be successful!?
A side issues - in the 2nd files Test _ Arch Wall Structure _ Arch Add Inconsistency _ 2.fcstd:-
You may note I create 2 parallel ArchWall first, then another perpendicular one intersecting both, the 3rd wall is added to one of them - it seem whether it is added to the 2nd one or 1st one may be random)
Arch Structure 'structure' failed to attached the ArchWall group and not shown by default...
Arch Structure 'structure' attached another ArchWall group which is not physically attached or intersect...
