Straight Cut Close Ratio gear kit for transverse classic Mini fitment

Hello Tornado,
yes, I took notice of diametrical pitch of 10 teeth over one inch. But as one can only put the Metric-Module into the involute gear module I made the gears with m=2.75 mm. I tried several different ms but somehow m=2.5 mm didn't look right for me...
German Wiki says that m=(25.4mm/DP).

When you saw the helical final drive gears I put on Grabcad, I first did these first with loft and then with Looooo's FC-Gear module. Wrote about it in the German Forum. viewtopic.php?f=13&t=12819

For the Final Drive Gears m=2.5 mm seemed alright for me, though.

What would interest me is where did you get the DP from? Any experience with designing gears like British Motor Corporation did it?
