I've need to create a trapezoidal lead screw Tr10 x 3, I try to found inside the Screw-Maker 2.0 but I'm see this type of screw.

I see the tutorial but I'm a newbe and I try to draw the trapezoidal profile with bad result.
Could someone has already created/buildup a profile of this type of Screw?

And if you don't intend to do any follow-up operations and Part -> Check Geometry shows no errors this straightforward approach is the best. If you need to do some follow-up operations things get complicated. For start you should avoid creating this connection between inner face of the thread and outer face of the cylinder:



One way is to create shell first and turn that into solid after:

many thanks for all feedback, unfortunately after the first attempt , a night work put down my mind, but I don't remember well the role and the effect of the parameter Radius of the coil inside the Macro FCSpring Helix Variable.

I've read the documentation but I cannot figure out.

Hi all,
below a new trapezoidal screw but I experience a problem when try to build a screw with a smooth around 1mm ending the screw with different diameter , see the image in attachment.

What I'm not really sure is the right position of coil and the smooth space, could you help me?
could someone confirm that what are inside the red line is correct?
