The pad of sketch004 is not visible now and is partly on the same place as the pad of sketch007. Reshape sketches 004 and/or 007 so that there are not two shapes in each other

To add to what Willem told you, this is what we call a forked model. If you install Graphviz you can use the Std DependencyGraph which will show this for your model:

The split occurs right after "Pocket" and is due to Sketch004 and Sketch005 being mapped on the same feature. This is not good because when creating Pad002, you created an alternate, separate part. Are you a science-fiction fan? :D This can be best defined as an alternate timeline. You do not want to have a fork in the history of features, it must remain linear.

But this is not why there is a face missing. It is because what you have done with Sketch007 and Pad004 is to create an invalid solid. A solid cannot have two blocks that meet only on a corner edge. Either you put a small distance between the square in Sketch007 and the larger block, or you make sure the square protrudes into the larger block.

Also: it is bad practice to construct sketch-based features on top of Fillet features because it makes your model more fragile. You should wait until the end before making the fillets.

Hi!

Thank you for your detailed reply, really appreciate it. I'm liking Freecad a lot, but I have a ways to go.

Thanks
Mohan
