Part Design Pocket Isn't Pocketing

Post by bfeist »

OS: Windows 10
Word size of OS: 64-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.16.6706 (Git)
Build type: Release
Branch: releases/FreeCAD-0-16
Hash: f86a4e411ff7848dea98d7242f43b7774bee8fa0
Python version: 2.7.8
Qt version: 4.8.7
Coin version: 4.0.0a
OCC version: 6.8.0.oce-0.17

I've defined a pocket based on a sketch in the attached document, but the pocket doesn't appear in my model. I've tried both "Dimension" and "Through All". Any suggestions? Look at "Exportable OpenWall Pocket" in "Wall Group".

It's been days since I last had to ask for help; I think I'm catching on, at least to Part Design and Sketcher...

It's there, just toggle visibility of Exportable Closed Wall Support Beam Hole Pocket to Off in order to see it.

Ha-ha; you're welcome!

It did take me a while to find because even using the Dependency Graph for your model it was a little complicated to follow.

Did you notice any obvious places for me to simplify it?

No, using the Spreadsheet while making different things in one FreeCAD file makes for a messy Dependency Graph.
