Bracket Help please

Hello I am looking for a little help with the attached bracket.

1. I want to create a 2mm distance conentric sketch inside both parts of sketch 3 so that I can create stepped lightening pockets 3mm and 2mm deep. 5mm in total

2. Since this is the right hand side of a pair, I want to flip the hole object around the Z axis to create the Left hand bracket.

Sorry if I am asking basic questions

I am not sure what you actually want, perhaps you can attach a hand drawing or a link to something similar in the internet. But I am sure that you cannot create pockets with different depths from one sketch. You need for every depth a single sketch. If you want to have concentric holes start with the deepest (smallest diameter) and end with the biggest diameter.
