Re posting to the Forum versus attaching a PDF: I'll try, but my heart is not in it. My goal is to make parts, not learn how to make complex documents in the editor provided by this site/my_Firefox_browser.
A further reason for using the technique of "write off-line, post a PDF" is that I can re-use a template and thereby "always" submit complete reports. E.g., the template reminds me to tell "is reproducible?" and "how to reproduce".
