I would model it in Part Design with polyline. Try the m-key after the first line to toggle between different continuation options.

Perhaps you could model one 1/4 sphere then Draft Array, purhapes Polar, then Part WB Fuse.

Like a flat tablet.
Rectangular with full radius along edges and those become 1/4 spheres at the corners.
Is it better to start with rectangle and add radiuses or make 1/4 spheres and
fill in between them?
Would have to place 1/4 spheres equally apart at four corners first and
extrude and fill between them.

I guess something like this:
I used Part Box (altered length and width), and then filleted all edges with radius just below thickness of the box.-

Cut it in half after it's flattened and fill in between halves please?
Flatten a sphere say 1:2 ratio. Half as tall as it is deep or wide.

You have a really odd way of communicating. What you describe is simply not a typical CAD work flow.
You wanted spheres, now you want them "flattened"? Why didn't you say so earlier so the others would not waste time proposing solutions that are obviously not what you wanted?
