How do I create a surface here?

See attachment - I want to create a smooth transition from the rectangular surface to the cylinder (4 times - thus, for all sides).
How do I get this done?

I want to create a smooth transition from the rectangular surface to the cylinder (4 times - thus, for all sides).

Part Loft is the tool for that.

But you need to rethink how you create this model. Don't try to add these surfaces after the solid is made of a plate and a cylinder: start with the loft to create a solid from the transition between a square and a circle.

Then you can add the bottom plate and the hole.
