I did not copy anything I just made a new sketch with the dimensions from the existing design

Hello Rudolf,

It is interesting to see, that for the *.STL file export you just need to mark the last object (Pad011).

From the PartDesign Workbench documentation page:

As we create a model in the Part Design Workbench, each feature takes the shape of the last one and adds or removes something, creating linear dependencies from feature to feature as the model is created. Hence a "Cut" feature is not only the cut hole itself, but the whole part with the cut.

Thank you very much for entighting the situation.
With each step, I learn more to use FreeCAD the intended way, which is not so easy for a beginner.

Youtube Videos are nice, but you have to understand also the philosophy behind.

Therefore I appreciate very much the help of the forum members.

Glad to help. It's true that most Youtube tutorials are task-based (do this then do that), and most of them don't explain why it works that way.
