Part Design Help?

I have uploaded in a previous post a file called raindrop_Willem.fcstd and in that file is the solution given twice
First solution is a method you used with lofts of a lot circles, I completed that
Second is a solution with a sweep, as I also described in the text

I have done a little research, I am getting closer but as I try to sweep this now, it doesn't seem to want to rap around completely. What am I doing wrong?
