For 90 degrees you may need to add a few helper sketches in between to guide the loft correctly...

The 90 degree appears to be OK but the file doesn't have included all the steps you took so as to create the model...
For the 45 and 22.5 degree models all you need to do is change to the Part workbench and boolean difference the filleted piece from the tube. The tube will be the item you want to select in the left side, and the Fillet001 will be in the box on the right.
