Create a DraftWire (DWire) using the tool from the Draft tool box.
Tick Relative.
Draw by typing the relative coordinates.
Click Undo
The first part of the line is removed, while it should be the last part of course. This makes the Undo button useless, as it's normally the last part (the one that was just drawn) that needs to be corrected.

he must be talking about the "undo" in the creation task view, he is not talking about the general FreeCAD undo icons which are of course greyed out. It does function in the manner he states, i.e. it removes the sections of the Dwire starting at the first working forward, rather than the last and working backwards.
