FEM Workbench aligned to guidelines

Post by agryson »

Sorry for the delay, but here are the FEM icons aligned ready for feedback before pull request.
There were a lot of png icons here that needed to be totally recreated as svgs, so that took a while.

As ever, old on left, new on right, at 16, 24, 32 and 64 px respectively on light, gray and dark backgrounds.

Feedback welcome.

Great job! I saw quite a few major improvements, especially on a lot of the thermal stuff.

Wow!

How do you make these spritesheets?

I use a bash script with inkscape and imagemagick. Inkscape exports everything to png and imagemagick (montage) stitches them into a spritesheet.
I had to change the script a little to export pngs when present, as was the case for FEM.

EDIT: Here is the bash script if you want.

LOL. This is a running joke at the office. Always starts with "hey, this won't take long, might as well do it now". :D
