Is there any way to dimension centers from circles?

Hi Guys. This workbench looks awesome. How do I get it to have a play?
I know nothing about git pulls and building linux packages. Have installed workbenches to my mod folder though. Can someone point me at the download I want for the latest reasonably stable version?

OS: Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS

Just add the FreeCAD daily PPA and install the latest development version from it (freecad-daily package).

Can that be done without removing my stable version? Do you have a link to instructions for
A. how to install from ppa, (Have done this before but can't remember how)

b. how to do side by side install of stable and daily?

I found this page which has details on installing a PPA, but what if I want to change from one ppa to another or have both side by side
