Debian/Ubuntu: freecad-dev package is useless?

One thing we have to consider: debug packages for freecad packages is one thing, but we also have oce packages in there (and hopefully opencascade-7.0.0 packages some day ). debug package for those might be huge. I'm guessing we could disable this option the day that we upload oce/occ packages then re-enable it after.

OK the PPA now provides the package freecad-daily-dbgsym. It's a pretty large package.
