No icon or file to run Free cad after the install

Hi, I have tried the 64 and 32 bit Windows installers as well as older versions but cannot get any icon or file to run Free cad after the installation.
Looking through the directory it seems there is no file to actually run the program.

Hi @Dig and welcome.

Are you talking about the installers or portable development release packages provided? You can extract them and if you will dig a bit deeper in the bin folder there should be appropriate .exe file that you can run.
