I'd be in. I haven't booked fly’s and I haven’t registered to the libre graphics itself. I need to do these both but I'm not 100 % which days should I be in London. How about time schedule off the whole event and off your talk yorik? How about accommodations?

I still don't know which day will be my talk... They said they would have the schedule soon, but nothing so far. I will be in london between days 14 and 18 (the event itself is days 15 to18).
As for accommodation, so far I have no plan, but if several of us are going, maybe we can find something together, like an airBNB where we can rent the whole appartment, something like that

You guys really know how to provoke with an idea 
But London is not small, so better make sure to have a place somewhere close to the event or one will spend hours just driving around

Just had a view at the internet. There is no time schedule at all. It takes a lot of afford from myself to stay until Monday evening but I would stay until Monday if it's worth but there is no time schedule ?!?

yeah... that's annoying. They said it would be out quick, but nothing so far. I suppose most of the talks will be during the weekend, though. If it makes it better for you guys, I could ask for my talk to be during the weekend. Not sure they will grant it, but we can try.
