I want to optimize point/mesh import from 3d scanned data.
I have an (old) kinect sensor. So I only can test data from there.
But what do the others?
Which 3D scanner solution FreeCADer use?
What is the size and the format of generated data?

Re: 3D Scanner
Thank you for this test data set.
So I have a 2.8 mill points testcase.
This is realy enough to get a good grid.
