up (eventually a sound as well) telling you that the computing is finished.
Without some sort of progress indicator it is very hard to tell what is finished or not.
We are thinking about that
. The tricky part is to define what level of noise is acceptable for a given scene.

You already have full control over the rendering resolution (no templates, though). Just uncheck "Fit to window" and "Keep aspect" flags in resolution settings and set desired viewport resolution. Use CTRL+Click on a slider to type a precise value.
