new version

Hi guys,

when do you plan to release a new version of FreeCAD?
Could you please give some information regarding oncoming upgrades/new features?
The last release is from Dec 08, so i was a little bit frightened that nobody works on this project now...
This would be very sad, because i see that many people are interested in this great project and the forum is well visited.
I am working right now with FreeCAD and am interested in modifying some modules for study purposes.
Especially the Part module is interesting for me.
Thanks a lot and keep up this amazing work!!

Don't worry, this project is one of the most active in Sourceforge history No chance to see it die soon...
Actually, since there are only few end-users, most of people actively involved with FreeCAD compiling the program themselves, the official releases schedule is not very regular... Basically, someone has to ask for a new release from time to time
Good luck with discovering FreeCAD, I hope you stick with it!
