yes you can:
- go to the Assembly2 workbench
- right click on the constrainte -> "Assembly2" -> "Select Object Elements"

The components on which the constrainte is based on are highlighted

thx to @agryson Assembly2 workbench icons are now aligned to the main FreeCAD artwork guidelines

I don't understood the tool : Set lockRotation->True for the last constraint add.

Do you have an example ?
