Ups,
ok, really sorry, was quite tired yesterday evening. Forget it, everything is working fine. Let me see what I can make out of it.

Hi,
I was trying to understand the code, but it's too complex for me. For further trials I can provide you with some more points or sketches for the profile of the shoe last and this back curve. Hope that would be helpful.

At the moment this is das dataset I use to calculate the shoe

The read curve is from you and the blue ones I have added
All these points can change the layout of the shoe,
so my idea is to have a interface where you can modifiy these data and play with the generated shoe.
so you can see whether you need more/other points.

Hi,
all the points which I gave you could change in such a way that for x you put = 0 and for y keep their value, so you would create a center line for my insole points you have used. That will give me an better idea what is going on and could help you better, because I know exactly at what position something may be doesn't look right.

Hi

First of all my expression of great admiration of what you have accomplished in such a short time.

In shoelast-design, some control points are related to other control points or related to input variables by use of formulas.
Other control points are "free-floating".

In fact, to formulate correctly: some components (i.e. x, y or z) of control points are free-floating, while other components are subject to conditions.

For "free-floating" components of control points, my suggestion would be to be able to alter the position of control points by dragging them onscreen.

I don't know whether this is possible later on, or it is crucial information for the program set-up.
