Raytracing Workbanch: POVRay Error: IO prohibit write access to ....

My system information is as follows:

I was trying to run a tutorial from FreeCAD manual on Raytracing using POVRay. As soon as the POV window opens it displays the error attached in attachment.

This is not related to FreeCAD. It's how POV-Ray for Windows works:
