Re: VIIC 1:45 modell

Not sure what you mean with "good drawing". If you need a paper plan, get the "Planrolle" of the VIIC by Köhl and Niestle. These are very good drawings. If you want to go with a computer and CAD software you can load this file into freecad, highlight the frame you want and export...

Re: VIIC 1:45 modell

Hello,

just came across this. I did download the file and the import into FC 0.18.4 went flawlessly. Attached pls find the file saved with this version and a screenshot. I cannot see what causes these problems.

Ljungstroem Crankless Engine from 1900

Hello, a little bit of eye candy with this little rotary steam engine. A few prototypes were build around 1900 by Ljungstroem. This engine would produce approx 2BHP at 1500rpm and 7bar steam pressure. Piston diameter 40mm and size of the disk casing roughly 200mm. Piston stroke is approx 21mm. Littl...

Some more eye candy for FreeCAD. If you like you can improve the FreeCAD file and (hopefully) repost the improvments here. Have fun, stay healthy ... Heiko P.S: Dont get carried away by the plan. There are some (minor) imperfections in the original plan by Mr. Milani. Do215Milani_2.png Do215Milani_1...

Forming Wingtip

Hello,

i got stuck trying to form a wingtip from three volumes.
What operations are needed to get the _common_ parts i.e. the wingtip of all three volumes ?
I tried various cut ops but to no avail.

Thanks
Heiko
