I developed a piping workbench for Open Source Ecology (OSE). It creates pipes and fittings.
The documentation is in FreeCAD Wiki.

Thank you for the bug report I fixed it. I just tests the WB under windows 10 it can create flamingo parts now !

I fixed a lot of imports. I hope now ose-piping WB will also work in windows.

I think that is best to focus to make it work with v0.18 with python 3 and Qt5 and make a note to say that it's not backwards compatible.
