Inventor is a proprietery software... You should (only) ask the inventor people how to import the open source FreeCAD file ;)

From here you're able to export your drawing sheet as a PDF. Now you've all printing / scaling settings at your fingertips.

Does it need to be facing the other way for it to cut in one piece? Imagine you've a 3 mm thick sheet of metal and a saw. Everything you're able to cut out of it without turning it around can be cut out of it with a laser. That's why everything has to be of the same height and holes / cut outs are ...

I'm glad that I was able to help you! What I don't get is how you're planning to let it cut in one piece if you're designing it with the toogle clasp.

Are you sure? The part is only 100 mm high. And I for example have a bed which is only moving in the Z direction.

I've got 7 hours. I've used Simplify3D, 0,2 mm layer height, 20% infill (fast honeycomb), 80 mm/s default printing speed. I assume that it would take something like 9-10 hours in real time.
