I have a Zylinder created as loft going through a flat plane. I created it using the partdesign feature and used a few datum planes. The problem is, that I don't know how to cut away the upper part and having a hole through the plane.

Is this the right approach making what I want?

Here tangency and point on line does not result in actual coincidence. And the small difference in positions of endpoints makes the OCCT kernel to not consider the resulting wire closed. Whe I extrude a sketch, the Extrution is always outside of my part and has a name as Extrude008. Is there a way to put it directly into the part and name it like Board_Extrude or similar? Elsewhere:
In the sketch called Middle there are 2 points, this is why you don't get a solid when this sketch is extruded.

You dont need to always stay in PartDesign. I would do this: create a sketch in Sketcher WB, XY plane. Draw all pads. Extrude in Part. Create new body, create black case under it. Hide extrude, show extrude sketch. Import sketch under body as SubShapebinder. Use subshapebinder to pocket the body. N...
