Re: Questions about the TechDraw workbench

there are many tools I found lacking such as the ability to apply labels with leaders, general notes, the diameter symbol and the radius symbol (R) to name a few. Leaders will be along shortly. General notes can go into Annotations, or, I suppose, into a Spreadsheet view. Diameter and Radius symbol...

Re: What causes "Document::recompute(): Wall007 still touched after recompute"

Document::recompute(): Wall007 still touched after recompute What does it mean? The state "touched" means (roughly) that a DocumentObject has been changed and needs to be "recomputed". This is the "feature recompute". When DocumentObject A is changed, that change cascades through the chain of Docum...

[SOLVED] Degree Symbol on Dimensions - PR2091 - Opinions?

PR2091wants to display the degree symbol (°) on angular Dimensions even if "ShowUnits" preference is OFF.

Re: TechDraw format spec will not apply

Yeah, it still won't show the R in US format even with the above changed. I even compiled the master branch and it won't do it. It does however work with imperial decimal. Should be fixed now. prefixFtIn.png OS: Linux Mint 19 Tara (X-Cinnamon/cinnamon) Word size of OS: 64-bit Word size of FreeCAD: ...

Re: Unable to print (0.18 final)

I tried TechDraw again just to be sure (and Drawing because why not) and it's the same log message that I get when trying to print the 3D view ( ) OK, that's a different problem - I don't get that message. I found a few posts on the internet about "cannot be used on non-native printers" but nothing...

Re: TechDraw format spec will not apply

It all works here as expected, with default metric units. The problem only happens with compound units - ft-in, DMS, yd-ft-in, etc. Decimal Imperial units will work fine. By the way I noticed that the "Caption" data property of a View works as expected, but the "Caption" data property of a dimensio...

No, it wouldn't. That needs a code change. Should be in master today or tomorrow.
