It's a normal loft, but the front rectangle is not a rectangle but it has a very tiny corner chamfer, invisible in object scale:
Should work in 0.16

Re: How to get a filled solid from a shell?
Try this trick. The front rectangle is ngon with _very_ small corner edges

Re: PDN AdditivePipe
NetGen is not an option because I use the mesh for further processing in blender That sounds to me that your answer is the only true. What about to import in Blender? additive_pipe_Blender_1.png additive_pipe_Blender_2.png For me it looks not so bad as you told. Maybe some adjustments in you...

Re: PDN AdditivePipe
I came up with a solution:
Instead of arc I used lines tangent to a contruction arc.
Maybe it would be same hint for future development to interpolate arcs and circles with lines as it gives good results.

Re: PDN AdditivePipe
@freecad-heini-1, In my case I got exactly the same results
I also try all AdditivePipe settings but the mesh is always the same.

Re: PDN AdditivePipe
This generates very dense mesh which also is not ideal solution. The "artifacts" remains in the same spots but are smaller (scaled down) and have more verticles. It makes it even more time consuming to fix (remesh). Looks like I have to live with that.

The AdditivePipe on an arc generates a mesh hard to work with. Re: Error messages
I should be double checked because in my example after rename "Sketch" to "new" the reference remain as "Sketch.Constraints.radius+5" but should be "new.Constraints.radius+5".

It would be really helpful if broken constraints would be marked in sketcher. For example when I change a name of constraint in upper tree than all dependend sketches become marked as "error". Sometimes it takes a lot of time to remake all names. Ideally all constraints could be updated on...
