request, make the block constraint not delete other constraints
I make a sketch with some constraints, say symmetry. I drag it to a good size and want to use the block constraint on everything to freeze the sizes, but this deletes the symmetry constraint and I think that is bad. If i want to change sizes I need these.

Re: Sketcher bug, says is fully constrained when it is not
move the vertical lines back and forth a little bit as you wish, then apply a 8mm horizontal constraint to the horizontal line. Now drag the horizontal line up and down with one of the vertical lines. The horizontal constraint disappears. Thanks - I can reproduce this too (only occasionally) and fo...

Re: Sketcher bug, says is fully constrained when it is not
With the speed things are progressing you should really include full version info with such posts... Also a screenshot in the buggy state would help. I tried an here sketch shows as underconstrained with 2 DOF. . Bug_sketcher_2dof.JPG . OS: Windows 8.1 Word size of OS: 64-bit Word size of FreeCAD: ...

Re: Sketcher bug, says is fully constrained when it is not
the random removal is something like this:
move the vertical lines back and forth a little bit as you wish, then apply a 8mm horizontal constraint to the horizontal line. Now drag the horizontal line up and down with one of the vertical lines. The horizontal constraint disappears.

Sketcher bug, says is fully constrained when it is not
A constraint is also removed randomly.
To see the bug apply a horizontal constraint of 8mm on the horizontal line. If it doesn't work directly try moving the horizontal line up and down to see it.
For the random removal, ....I can't recreate it right now, maybe later. It has happend 2 times.

Re: hit wall trying to learn freecad
I have gone through Yorik's tutorial, and read around a lot on the wiki, watched quite a few videos and spent tens of hours trying to fuddle with freecad. I think what I need is to see a video or in person of someone actually using it to do serious, real things. Anyone know where I might find this?...

Grid from draft workbench doesn't go away
Say I make a cube in part WB. Now I go to draft WB and create a polar or a rectangular matrix. A net appears in the background and this net doesn't disappear when I change WB. I don't understand why this background net appears in the first place and that it never disappears can't be right. I just wa...

Sketcher, equal constraint on circle sector just the radious and not sector length
As I remember it when i used the equal constraint on circle sectors they had the same length. Do I remember this incorrectly? Now when I have two circle sectors and use the equal constraint they get the same radius but the sector length can be non equal. Is this supposed to be like this?
