realizing now I never showed the width, 13.26mm
It's close, the vertical ends are too fat to clip on to the window frame, but the offset tab fits well into the slot in the window frame. We're close

Thanks for the pointers to the other video, I managed to make it almost to the 1:30 mark last night. It's amazing how much difference there is in concepts and approaches between each CAD package out there.
