Re: error when opening Freecad Bim project saved and closed with a Techdraw page open

Hi @wandererfan thanks for considering this "non blocking" bug. Actually the error you mentionned is linked with the next issue: to go over this error, and be able to trigger the error related to this post, you should modify the ArchBuildingPart.py code as explained below: the file is located in the...

Re: object has no attribute 'DiffuseColor' in recomputing BIM project

... I don't understand why you check for DiffuseColor twice. ... Hi @vocx sorry for this duplicate entry. You are totaly right, actually the first check is for the attribute " DiffuseColor " and the second should have been for the attribute " ShapeColor " which is requested in the else par of the c...

error when opening Freecad Bim project saved and closed with a Techdraw page open

It isn't a bloking bug, since you just have to close the techdraw page , close the project and reopen it. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/Users/BBL/Library/Preferences/FreeCAD/Mod/BIM/BimSele...

Re: Ticket #4164 - Crash when opening a document using "Recent files" without creating a new document before

... I could not test your current fix on my machine yet, because there is no official Conda build for OSX containing your commit yet. I tried to compile freecad by myself, but currently I'm struggling with the pyside2 stuff. .... Hi Tom FYI you can have a look at this thread https://forum.freecadwe...

Yes, this is due to my modification to GroupExtension. I'll submit a PR for that soon.
Hi realthunder, did you had some time to look into this?
Was the pull request submitted and integrated into the daily builds?

Re: can we use conda for building/debuging localy modified freecad files?

OK maybe it's best to consider our conda debug/build git repo (i.e. the one that is in the git-cached folder) as a kind of "fork" of the original and try to keep it in sync with the github/Freecad original repo.
