Re: [Bug ?]Wall,Structure freecad 0.19

I am getting the same error messages when trying to form a wall, structure or panel from a d-wire. Re: Help & Dimension Drawing WB

The help documentation files are in their correct location in the "DOC" folder. If they are not then a different error message is displayed indicating so.
I tried going back to the previous build of version 18 and this did not solve the problem and now version 17 is doing the same thing.

Re: Creating wall freezes 3D view

I was incorrect when I said it looks like the problem only occurs on Windows 32bit machines. I upgrade from Windows 32 bit to Windows 64 bit and experienced the same error. I observed that on every machine where the error occurs I get "Mod\Measure\Initgui.py not found" during initialization of the p...

Re: Can't create a wall at all

I'm having the same problem, see issue # 3423. I have tried installing FreeCad v0.17 on 5 different machines running Windows 10 both 32 bit. At first I thought it might be the 32 bit version of Windows but after upgrading to the 64 bit version I still get an error when trying to create a wall. One o...

Re: Creating wall freezes 3D view

I also tried it on a machine running windows 7 32 bit and it worked fine. It seems the problem occurs under windows 10 32 bit. I tried replacing the file "ArchWall.PY" from v17.13488 with the file from v17.7745. This fixed the 3D viewing problem but unfortunately caused other problems so it looks li...

Re: Wall fails to form using closed dwire

The direction of rotation when forming the dwire does indeed seem to be affecting the results. When I construct the same dwire starting at the origin (0,0,0) and ending at the origin (0,0,0) but drawing in a clockwise rotation the wall forms correctly. Experimenting further I found that if the first...

Re: Wall fails to form using closed dwire

After further testing there seems to be a problem with the forming of the dwire. Wall from Closed Dwire.PNG I drew the dwire starting at the origin and placed the vertices in a counter clockwise rotation and ended back at the origin which is the way it appears in the 3D view. Looking at the combo vi...
