A smilie somehow appeared at the top of the last message I wrote (weirdly, an hour or more later than when I posted it). I want smilies disabled for my posts--how is that done? It presently says they're "ON," but checking the Disable smilies at the base of the page does nothing.

3D column with an elliptical cross section

Is there a 3D solid with an elliptical cross section in only two dimensions (i.e., not the doorknob, pill) available in any of the workbenches? I need it to be solid I guess in order to use it as a boolean subtraction. Or can a cylindrical primitive solid be stretched into an ellipse in this software?
