Xunie, of course we all appreciate a nice UI for the preferences dialog. And noone objects that it would be nice to optimize things here. Yeah, I couldn't add the information because I made the post thinking I could edit it minutes later. (I'm sure it wasn't until I was asleep that my post was finally approved so that I could edit it.) Need help confirming bugs.

Whenever I'm working on anything, I see that the model tree starts acting weirdly. Sometimes I've got duplicates of the same item in there. And if I mark the one visible, the other (copy?) is marked visible as well in the model tree. Sometimes dragging the "copy" up to the project root node fixes it...
