Re: Please maintain existing behaviour if possible!

Understood. I'm guilty.

Let me know what needs restored to 'existing' functionality and I'll work to make it so. Call me on it. I don't mind at all.

Re: 3d surface operation

Re: Not possible to change Height / Depth values

Okay. I'll take a look at the changes I had introduced a while back for rotational features and see if they might be to blame. I thought things were okay after the rotational modifications were merged, but I might be as confused as FreeCAD at the moment. I'll download the latest Windows binary and t...

Is this error only with path contour, or is it occurring in other ops as well?

Re: Path WB on 0.19 17877, Window 7: Path Pocket goes to Depth Warning error

On 0.19_pre 18024 (Win64) it is not commented yet? No, Sir. As of this response the PR is still awaiting review and subsequent merge into the master branch. After merging, it could be another few days more for the daily binaries are updated. Devs and managers at that level have their screens layere...

Re: Ticket #4111 - climb / conventional (inconsistent cut direction in 3Dsurface)

enjoy you time with the family, sorry to get in the way. I am enjoying my family, thanks. You're not in the way, nor interfering, Sir. I did not mean to come across as crass, cross or rude. Collaboration with an international community here on the FC project presents unique challenges inherent to t...

Re: Ticket #4111 - climb / conventional (inconsistent cut direction in 3Dsurface)

1. Why is there this dup of content which needs to be manually synced? Are there cases where the two need to be different? 1b. Couldn't this be done programatically using PySideUic.loadUi() ? 1b. might be over my head. Based on what I've seen of GUI interface with python, I think the possibility of...

Re: Ticket #4111 - climb / conventional (inconsistent cut direction in 3Dsurface)

@freman I glanced at PathSurface again as my children and I play the matching game... A couple things: I've noticed from your technical language that you are more familiar with programming than I. For that reason, I may not be able to answer all your technical questions. To avoid ambiguous, inaccura...
