using handlers
Hi all, I would like to see my project assembled, however the axes of the two parts are not matching. (Fig 1. By selecting the smallaer (Cut-kapcsolotest) and modufying angle value of appropriate axis I can turn it. (Fig 2.) However I need another turn by another axis to fit this pat into the hole. ...

Re: phantom shell
He guys,
thanks for the detailed information.
So it means a sketch can be over constrained even if it is not reported by the sketcher, actually it gives a warning in case of contradiction.
Thanks a lot for the help!

Re: phantom shell
Thanks for the answers but it seems I am a very beginner so do not understand basics. Will you tell a sentence more, please? @Willem When I constructed these sketches there were no over constrain reported. Checking them now again in sketcher there is no error report. The size difference was selected to result a 1 millimeter wall. (On the top is opened) When I cut the smaller loft from the larger one I get some pha...

Gauges based on phantom
Hi all, here I enclosed a small project I tried to realize. As a novice I made several faulty steps and removed them. However it was not always done immediately. It happened I have deleted a body - not he actuakl, but a body constructed before - leaving the actual untouched. Now the project looks ne...

Re: Project map for beginners?
Exactly. A formal description - even it is not fully correct - could help a lot. User actually constructs it but do not notice what is he/she actually doing. One have to build up a hierarchy in mind. During learning sometimes have to correct it and there are temporary white areas of the map. However...

Project map for beginners?
Hi all, I am a novice Freecad user. My experience about learning is that the most difficulty is to understand the structure of a project. I think a great help would be for beginners (like I am) to create a map. I mean a simple few line long structure describer similar to Bison or Yacc parsers like f...
