Thanks Thomas. Yes, you need MATLAB or Octave to run NEMOH. As a BEM code it only needs the boundary surface. I guess most meshing tools assume 3D elements. I'm new to this forum. Just exploring how FreeCAD could be used for generating meshes for NEMOH BEM code. It needs quadrilateral panels and I can't see how to generate these in the meshing workbench. Maybe not possible, but would appreciate some comments. Thanks
